We are a group established to represent Latinos in the food industry. The U.S. Economy has benefited from the sheer size of this consumer segment. With an estimated 54 Million Latinos representing 17% of the U.S. population, it is easy to see how this consumer market has influenced the food and beverage industries in the U.S.
PROGRAMS
These are imperative for the growth of both retailer and LFIA to foster a more competitive business environment between our independent retailers and larger stores or chains. We believe an integral balance between must be struck between independent owners and big box stores.
We work on developing personalized programs with vendors that assist in saving money and strengthening competitiveness. LAIF sets itself apart from other competitors in that we work together, in conjunction with our members in saving them and increasing their professional competitiveness.
EDUCATION
We will provide our members with the necessary tools to succeed in the food industry. Such services include, but are not limited to: compliance workshops, operational trainings, technology and branding improvements, etc.
MARKETING
We will develop innovative marketing strategies with the input of our vendors and members to enhance brand awareness and promote technology education.
MEMBERSHIP
LAIF in partnership with Neighborhood Market Association offers around 1,500 Members across California, our affiliate partners are committed to implement programs and execute marketing strategies across our memberships.
